Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present a paper at the PME national meeting at MathFest in Providence, Rhode Island?

No.

Describe the two most interesting or unusual chapter activities this year:

Career night: a discussion about possible careers for mathematics and statistics majors.

USC Showcase: a university-wide event; each department has a display that reflects the discipline. The mathematics department is represented by PME members, who show the displays to public and talk about the math department and PME.

The integration bee: competition open to all undergraduates at USC, organized by PME and the graduate students in mathematics.
