Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present a paper at the PME national meeting at MathFest in Albuquerque, New Mexico?

No.

Describe the two most interesting or unusual chapter activities this year:

The first unique chapter mathematical activity was selling T-shirts that said "Want sum pie?" where "sum" was replaced with a summation symbol and "pie" was replaced with an actual dessert pie.

The second unique activity was the "10 Most Wanted" problems competition, where students could win $5 for each problem answered correctly.

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduates? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences. :

Yanna Pallicaris and Robin Ayoub were accepted into University of Michigan's biostatistics graduat program. Yanna received a fellowship. Ken Hinzman and John Peter were accepted to Wayne State Univesity's graduate program in Mathematics. Greg Sulisz solved the most problems in the "10 Most Wanted" competition.
