Describe the two most interesting or unusual chapter activities this year:

Our greatest event is the induction (held on April 29, 2005 this year) when there is always a mathematical talk and a party afterwards. This year Professor Yuanan Diao gave a talk with the title "Why is the night sky dark ?".
