Describe the two most interesting or unusual chapter activities this year:

Attending the regional Pi Mu Epsilon Undergraduate Mathematics Conference at St. Norbert College and the MAA Wisconsin Section Meeting in West Bend.

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduates? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences. :

Nathaniel Throckmorton (who initiated our petition process into Pi Mu Epsilon and did much of the work to get us here) gave a talk on "A Dyslexic Diophantine Dilemma" at the NCUR in April 2005 at Washington and Lee University.

Michael Kreeger gave a talk on "Balancing Multiple Interests with School Business and Child/School Assignment" at the UWSP College of Letters & Science Undergraduate Research Symposium in April 2005.
